The Healing Space

A breathwork journey and so much more- Release built-up stress, stored emotions, and sometimes deeper layers of trauma—at your own pace- a safe space to regulate the nervous system, encourage release and remind your body that it’s okay to let go.

The heart of the session is 1 hour of conscious connected breathwork. Scarlett supports with verbal guidance, gentle touch and energy healing.
